I have not received a confirmation email and or a pre-call before my party what should I do?

You can pay your deposit via PayPal or dropping it off to Madness HQ at 5 wadsworth road perivale ub6 7jd. Please give us a call if you are going to drop by.

How can I pay my deposit?

Our phone line is open between 9 am and 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10 am until 3 pm on a Sunday. If you need to get in touch outside of these hours, please send us an email to: millymadnessentertainment@outlook.com

What time is the booking line open from and to?

Booking is best done over the phone (call: 0208 2482861) we will take your details and hold your date for 4 days without a deposit. Once we receive your deposit we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your party. About a week before your party you will be contacted by your entertainer to discuss your party and so that we can answer any questions.

Please call the team and let us know. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable and if you cancel any less than 7 working days before your event you will still have to pay the full balance

I need to cancel my event, how do I do this?

On the day we will need to have a quick chat to whoever is named on the booking form to sign the T&Cs and to pay the balance of the party. It is also important that we have a clear table near to a power point. Then all you need to do is enjoy the party.

Very often we are booked in advance please call us as soon as possible to discuss your needs; if we are able to change details for you we will. We cannot however always guarantee this.
